Homeopathy Explained
I explain how homeopathy works, what the process looks like, and what you can realistically expect.
Typical topics: your current symptoms and concerns, your health history and patterns over time, and how your challenges affect your daily life, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I listen for the "shape" of your experience, so the remedy matches you, not just your diagnosis.
Treatment
I approach the treatment phase as a living, unfolding process, not a one-and-done. Based on the intake consultation:
- I select the appropriate remedy.
- I write a clear treatment plan, but hold it lightly, knowing it may need to evolve. The remedy, dosing, and pacing are all personalized and explained clearly, so you feel held, informed, and actively partnered in your own healing process.
- I obtain the remedy from one of two long-time established and reputable homeopathic pharmacies: Helios Homeopathy in the UK and Hahnemann Labs in the USA.
Follow-Ups
Follow-ups reveal how your body responds to treatment. This is a key part of healing and where thoughtful guidance is essential.
Listening To Your Body
I view your body as dynamic and wise, so I listen closely to how it responds to the remedy and let its signals guide the way.
Scheduled Sessions
Follow-up sessions are typically scheduled at around 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and in some cases 12 months.
Honoring Your Healing Pace
As shifts unfold, I follow what your system calls for, watchful pauses or a new remedy, honoring this tender, important stage.
Staying Connected As You Shift
